4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kuyaph Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.3 You must provide a valid email address and Philippine mobile number during registration. These contact details will be used for Account verification, security notifications, and support communications.
4.4 kuyaph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its KYC obligations under PAGCOR regulations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kuyaph may result in Account suspension.
4.5 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to kuyaph is accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kuyaph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. kuyaph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
5.3 You must notify kuyaph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kuyaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5.4 kuyaph employs industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect Account data and financial transactions. However, you acknowledge that no security system is entirely impenetrable and agree to take reasonable precautions on your end.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kuyaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported.
6.2 Currency. All transactions on the kuyaph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the kuyaph cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable KYC verification.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. kuyaph reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
6.6 Prohibited Funding Sources. Players must not fund their kuyaph Account using funds obtained through illegal means. kuyaph complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
7.1 kuyaph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the bonus terms for each individual promotion.
7.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom that remain unused at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
7.4 kuyaph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by Players in good standing.
7.5 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
8.1 All games available on the kuyaph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party auditors.
8.2 Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers under continuous camera surveillance. All live game outcomes are final once the round is closed.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, kuyaph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. kuyaph's decision in such matters is final.
8.4 Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on the kuyaph Platform.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the kuyaph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The kuyaph name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of kuyaph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kuyaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.2 kuyaph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 kuyaph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their devices.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit kuyaph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 kuyaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if kuyaph reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, kuyaph may forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Credits, to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
13.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting kuyaph support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to kuyaph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to kuyaph support and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through kuyaph's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
14.4 Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.1 kuyaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
15.2 Your continued use of the kuyaph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
